One of YJ Link’s core equipment, the router cuts PCB using bit and is available in two versions: offline and inline. For the offline router, users may choose from the four models developed: Bronze, Silver, Platinum and Multi according to the needs of their working environment.

Bit status check

All ARMAS models check the bit status through the bit detection sensor each time before panel cutting and initialization. The sensor also triggers alarm if the bit breaks or slips down.

* Detection bit sizes range from Φ 0.8~4.0mm

Bit usage cycle setting

It is possible to use one bit several times by setting its usage time. Bit usage is determined by the cutting length.

Cutting can be divided from steps 1-3 according to the total Flute length.

If the cutting length (usage) is set according to the characteristics of the board, the bit will check the cutting motion. If usage exceeds what was set, Z axis will automatically move to the next step for cutting.

Quick JIG Replacement

ARMAS basically uses individual jigs designed for each model.

The Platinum model comes with an Easy Release lever making it quick and easy to place and remove the JIG by turning the lever to the On/Off direction, increasing the speed of replacement.

Auto Bit Replacement

The Platinum model includes automatic bit replacement.

The cradle stores a total of 6 bits, 3 on each left and right JIG stages, allowing bits to be stored in advance.

When the bit in use is no longer usable due to damage or wear, the bit is automatically removed and a new bit is installed.
